Why we exist

The hard part isn't building anymore. It's knowing what to build.

AI changed what it costs to ship. The constraint moved to decisions. And good product decisions are grounded in a real understanding of your customers, the kind that's scattered across every call, ticket, and conversation. Most teams reassemble it from scratch every time. If they have time at all.

So we built a system that already holds it. A product brain that keeps your customer context connected and current, ready before you go looking. We've spent our careers building products and the teams that build them, at companies like Smartly.io, Wolt, and Ageras. Every one of them hit the same wall. This is the product we wished we'd had.
